Frequently asked questions
Is VAT included?
No. Standard 21% Dutch VAT is added on top. EU customers with a valid VAT number get reverse-charge — fill in the VAT number at checkout.
How is the audit delivered?
By email, as markdown and PDF. Quickscan within 2–3 working days, Audit Pro within 1 working week after payment.
Can I get a refund?
One-off products are non-refundable after payment — you're paying for my time which starts immediately. However: if I demonstrably fail to deliver, you get your money back. Citation Monitor is cancellable monthly; remaining days are not refunded.
What is "B2B confirmation"?
This service is for business customers only (sole proprietors, LLCs, freelancers with VAT registration, etc.). By ticking the checkbox you confirm you're acting on behalf of a business, not as a consumer. This means no 14-day right of withdrawal applies — which fits digital services that begin immediately.
Do I need a VAT number to order?
No. VAT number is optional — only required for reverse-charge. Without one, you simply pay 21% VAT on top.
What payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, card payment, Bancontact (Belgium) and SEPA Direct Debit. All via Stripe.
